Instructor biography
Laura Rodriguez-Costacamps is the founder and creator of the lazy baker method of sourdough baking, a process that developed from months of experimenting with the simplest way to bake homemade bread. After 15+ years working in science, technology, health, and adult education, Laura became a stay-at-home mom. But the call to educate and experiment persisted and that's how The Lazy Bakers Club was born. Spreading the word of how simple sourdough really is and creating community around experimentation and learning.
