Earth Day 2018

Join us for an Earth Day celebration at Miami Beach Botanical Garden for energizing yoga and meditation, a performance of The Mermaid Tear factory by Elizabeth Doud, and timely information from local environmental groups. Featuring exhibits by local Eco-Artists Matt Stock and Colin Foord.

Refreshments and food available. 5:30 - 9:00 p.m.

Free and open to the public with registration.

A suggested donation of $15

Guided Garden Tour

Every Saturday 11am -11:45am. Discover the garden with a guided tour by our knowledgeable staff. There is a lot of horticulture and history packed into the Garden’s 2.6 acres. Come discover the stories behind the plants and landscape of the garden.If you are traveling with a large group or would like to schedule a tour, please call the Garden to arrange an appointment. There is a suggested $5 donation per head.

Arbor Day Tree Planting

Join our Arbor Day celebration with a tree planting sponsored by the Miami Beach Garden Club. We will be planting a tropical lilac (Cornutia grandifolia), adding to our diverse flowering collection. Arbor Day is the national day of tree planting. The tradition of planting trees benfits the environment in so many ways - plant a tree in your garden!

Art in the Park with Marie

Marie Kolbert is a licensed pre-school teacher in her home country of Sweden, where she has been involved in arts her whole life. After playing soccer for the National Team in Sweden, she arrived in the U.S. on a soccer scholarship at Lynn University in Boca Raton in 1996. We are an intimate 3 acre Garden with a very big mission! We call ourselves an urban oasis in the middle of the glitz and neon of South Beach, a place where locals and visitors can come and enjoy the numerous cultural and artistic programs for all ages offered year round.
