Pilates in the Garden (Tuesdays)

Step away from the everyday and reconnect with your body in the beautiful surroundings of the Miami Beach Botanical Garden.

Join The Pilates Place Studios for a rejuvenating Classical Mat Pilates class led by Tiffany Lim, rooted in the original method developed by Joseph Pilates. This full-body practice combines mindful movement, focused breathing, core strength, mobility, and control to leave you feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body.

Whether you are new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, this class offers an opportunity to experience the timeless Pilates method in a relaxed, inspiring outdoor setting.

Expect a thoughtfully guided mat class that honors the classical sequence while making the practice accessible and enjoyable for all levels. Come move, breathe, strengthen, and reset surrounded by nature.

What to bring: A Pilates or yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing.

No previous Pilates experience necessary.

Come for the movement. Stay for the feeling. 🌿

About Tiffany Lim:

Originally from New Jersey, Tiffany brings a warm, grounded presence to her Pilates instruction. With a foundation in yoga, she discovered Pilates as a natural extension of her wellness journey—and fell in love. The practice’s focus on alignment, core strength, and mindful control resonated deeply, inspiring her to pursue her Pilates Teacher Certification with The Pilates Place Studios’ Beyond The Basics Pilates Teacher Training Program.

Tiffany is committed to helping her clients move better, feel stronger, and develop lasting body awareness. She believes movement should support how we live, work, and play: improving posture, enhancing joint mobility, and preventing injury through mindful, purposeful motion. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to create balance in the body, integrating stability, flexibility, and coordination. Her teaching style is intentional, encouraging, and rooted in the belief that movement is a lifelong tool for wellness.
