Rooted in Gratitude: A Sound Bath and Breathwork Journey

A breathwork & sound journey into the alchemical power of embodied gratitude.

This 75-minute journey opens seated, beginning with yogic breathing practices that prepare the body and invite presence. From there, you'll move into an active, alchemizing breathwork experience done lying down, moving what feels stagnant, returning you to your essential Self, and attuning you to the wellspring of ease and joy within. The session closes with an immersive sound journey that supports integration and reestablishes inner harmony.

In this season of gratitude, rather than a practice that asks us to overlook our struggles, we expand our awareness to hold difficulty and recognize what is already supportive, already whole, already here — embodying gratitude as the alchemical emotion it truly is.

Walk away feeling lighter, more spacious, and more connected to an inner refuge.

Rooted in ancient wisdom traditions and informed by modern research.

What to Bring:

Feel free to bring a light covering and anything that helps you feel completely at ease—an extra pillow under your head, an eye cover for a deeper experience, or a mat. The more comfortable, the better.

Before You Arrive:

Doors to the Banyan Ballroom close sharply at 6:40 pm so as not to interrupt the experience. We encourage you to arrive early and take in the beauty of the garden — bring your journal or walk the grounds to ground yourself before we begin.
