About Victoria Collins:

Victoria is a Miami-based Pilates instructor with a background in education and a passion for mind-body alignment through intentional movement and breathwork. Victoria discovered mat Pilates at age 16 during a time when she was navigating her own mental health and physical wellness challenges. She immediately fell in love with the method as a powerful tool to regain control of her body and calm her mind. Years later, her sister-in-law introduced her to Pilates classes using the reformer at The Pilates Place Studios. This introduction reignited that initial spark, inspiring her to complete her Pilates teacher training at The Pilates Place Studios so she could help others experience the transformative power of the practice.

Victoria firmly believes that Pilates is for every body—regardless of age, background, or fitness level. Her classes combine classical and contemporary techniques into a challenging, full-body workout powered by the breath. Expect a warm, supportive, and encouraging environment where you can build mobility, strength, balance, and mind-body awareness.
