Be guided through ancient breathing techniques, known as Pranayama, that have been scientifically proven to help balance our nervous system, improve our blood flow and circulation, and activate relaxation. Pranayama is the 4th of 8 limbs of yoga explained in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. It is said that practicing pranayama allows for individuals to prepare for stillness in a meditation practice. Join Franci every Sunday from 9:30 - 10am for a guided pranayama and meditation practice that will leave you feeling more centered. All levels are welcomed!

About the teacher:
Franci is a South Florida native that loves to surround herself with nature and is on a journey to “gently shake the world.” She originally began her pranayama practice in early 2016 and fell in love with the practice because before it, she had never been able to sit still for a meditation practice. She has a consistent pranayama and ashtanga practice and has continued her education in breathing practices and mindfulness from teachers like Tim Feldman, Richard Freeman, and Sharon Salzberg. She aims to create powerful classes for all levels that empower individuals to cultivate a deeper awareness in order to create space in their bodies and lives, alleviate their tensions, and ease their minds.
