Cynthia Zak-Preuss is the founder and creative director of Yomu. Cynthia has taught Yomu for 10 years. She is a certified Yoga Therapist with 500 hours of yoga training, a music teacher, writer, songwriter, journalist. She has trained to teach yoga, music and mindfulness to families, babies and children with special needs. These classes are an amazing way to connect, share, dance and stretch with the entire family.

Every Saturday 11am -11:45am. Discover the garden with a guided tour by our knowledgeable staff. There is a lot of horticulture and history packed into the Garden’s 2.6 acres. Come discover the stories behind the plants and landscape of the garden.If you are traveling with a large group or would like to schedule a tour, please call the Garden to arrange an appointment. There is a suggested $5 donation per head.
